Hostin, after a few years of experience, was promoted to trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice.
Later, he became an Assistant US Attorney in the District of Columbia after leaving the Antitrust Division. Hostin served as a specialist in sexual crimes against children. And for his work, he also received the Special Achievement Award for his work in prosecuting sex offenders.
Hostin began his television career on Court TV as a commentator. And then, he was offered a spot on Fox News’ daily show, The O’Reilly Factor. Hostin also appeared regularly along with Megyn Kelly and Bill O’Reilly on their regular debut show.
She also worked for CNN, joining in September 2007. She was appointed by CNN President Jon Klein as a legal analyst for his flagship morning show, American Morning . Hostin currently also writes a news column for CNN called Sunny’s Law .
