Sudesh Kumari (born 1959) is an Indian housewife from Mumbai, India. She is the wife of Gulshan Kumar (founder of T-Series, businessman and film producer). In the early 1990s, Mr. Kumar founded the T-Series music label.
He gave rest to singing sensations like Sonu Nigam and Anuradha Paudwal. Previously, he named his audio cassette company Super Cassettes Industries. He turned his business into a profitable venture in recent years.
He established his company in Noida and later moved to the city of Mumbai. In 1989, he produced the first film Lal Dupatta Malmal Ka.
However, he received threatening calls from people from D company. He murdered on August 12, 1997. Gulshan refused to pay extortion money to Dawood Ibrahim. In the 1990s, mafias and kingpins ruled Bollywood.
