He also doesn’t have much time in his schedule for drafting due to his work commitments. That’s why he prefers to train at high intensity for 20 to 30 minutes. Exercises are performed in a circuit and interval training style, with multiple exercises performed in sequence with little or no rest in between.
In case he’s traveling for work, he just goes to CrossFit and is ready for the day. In addition to circuit-like exercises, he also focuses on intense cardio and serious core work.
In terms of diet, he makes sure he eats clean and green. He keeps green smoothies and protein shakes on hand to make sure he grabs something healthy when hunger pangs strike. To deal with the cravings, he tries to eat as much good stuff as possible.
His sugar consumption in all forms is severely restricted.
He has also stopped eating red meat and pork. Before he became vegan, he ate a lot of fish and vegetables.

- Before becoming a successful EDM artist, he was the lead singer for the punk rock band This Machine Kills. He had a three-year stint beginning in 1997 with the band.
- Paul Rosenberg, manager of rapper Eminem, and Steve co-founded the management company Deckstar.
- In 1996 he founded his own record label called Dim Mak Records, which mainly works with electro house artists.
- The name of his label, Dim Mak Records, is inspired by his childhood hero, Bruce Lee.
- During his studies he gave concerts in his student housing cooperative. His apartment was immediately dubbed The Pickle Patch .
- In 2006 he was named a board member of the Music is Revolution Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting music education in public schools.
