Personal trainer
Stephanie Rice regularly works to keep fit. However, she does not follow a set workout routine as she finds it boring and the fact that she has pursued such plans her entire career makes these routines boring and stressful for her. She likes to vary and mix different training styles to keep her regime fresh and dynamic.
She likes to do Pilates once or twice a week. She also likes going to the gym for the same number of days. At the gym, she usually focuses on strength training and weightlifting. For a few weeks she likes to walk or run. However, if the weather is too hot, she would stay indoors for her yoga sessions.
In a great week, she would have about 5 to 6 workouts per week. But she doesn’t mind if it drops to 3 or 4 a week.
When she can’t make her way to the above workouts, she grabs a single dumbbell and heads out onto the balcony of her home. She does some bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squat jumps, and burpees to finish her 20-minute workout at home.
She complements her exercise regime with a healthy and clean diet. She mostly eats a vegan diet and tries to listen to her body regularly to make better decisions. Your daily food intake is as follows:
- Breakfast – Protein shake with Tropeaka vanilla protein powder, water and almond milk
- Lunch – mushrooms, marinated tofu, steamed vegetables, kimchi and avocado
- Dinner – For the last meal of the day, she typically eats lentils or beans, fresh greens, and greens topped with peanuts or almonds and nutritional yeast or tamari.
