She works out for an hour a day, and her routine includes exercises like running, bodyweight exercises, and resistance movements (using a resistance or an exercise band). She doesn’t lift much weight as she doesn’t want to get stiff. The maximum she lifts is 2kg. She also occasionally does yoga.
