SILVIA MARSÓ: HER AGE, HER PARTNER AND THE FATHER OF HER CHILD
SILVIA MARSO’S AGE
He was born in the city of Barcelona in 1963 and from very early on it was clear to him that acting was his thing. At just 14 years old, he enrolled in the Pantomime School of the Barcelona Theater Institute. Thanks to that experience he dared to act in the middle of the street.
It was in 1979 when he made his debut on television, in the program ‘Gent d’aquí’, on TVE in Catalonia. At that time, she began in the play ‘The rights of women’, to continue with roles in series such as ‘Second teaching’ and ‘Official shift’.
Her rise to fame would be given by the program One, two, three… answer again, where millions of people will remember her as one of the hostesses. She would later focus on her facet as an actress, where she has starred in and produced numerous works.
In cinema, Silvia Marsó has participated in films such as ‘The dead mother’, ‘Love, curiosity, prozac and doubts’ and ‘The dead are not touched’. On television, it is also necessary to highlight series such as ‘ El secreto de Puente Viejo’ , ‘Gran Reserva: el origen’, ‘Gran Hotel’, ‘Ana y los 7’ and ‘Manos a la obra’.

His love life has been marked, as far as is known, by two men. Between 1981 and 1987 her partner was Rafael Carrizosa. She would later marry Emilio Marco, with whom she had David, her only son, but the couple decided to separate.
She has always been very discreet when it comes to her private life, so much so that she even said the following in an interview in Diez Minutos magazine in 2013: «I separated five years ago and no one has found out. I am a discreet person and I want to be known for my work, not for anything else. I don’t like to talk about, or scandals of any kind.
