After kidney failure caused bySijara Eubanks decided to revise her exercise program and diet plan. She has started focusing more on cardio. She previously hated running and had avoided running for her entire career. She felt like she had to adopt a crazy running routine for proper conditioning. However, her trainers told her that she only needed to run at a moderate pace several times a week.

She has also changed her diet. She decided to drastically reduce her meat intake and started eating more fresh vegetables. In fact, she went 90 percent vegetarian to get fit.
