Shiri Spear is an American weather announcer who works for the FOX 25 Weather Team as the meteorologist for FOX 25 Morning News. She previously worked for various weather channels as a meteorologist and environmental reporter. Shiri is also a former meteorologist at WTVJ , NBC6 , in Miami.

Spear has been married to Mate for a long time, and the couple is also lucky enough to have two children.

Shiri Spear was born in Hollis, NH England. She was raised by her parents in her hometown of Hollis. As for her nationality and ethnicity, Spear is British and Caucasian respectively. She attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Spear then joined Secondary Mathematics Education at Rivier College in Nashua and earned a degree in secondary mathematics education.

Later, Spear studied atmospheric and ocean sciences at the Canadian university before deciding to return to southern New Hampshire to finish her college education.

Shiri then joined WWLP-TV22 News, as an environmental reporter and meteorologist for three years. This channel was an NBC affiliate in West Massachusetts. She takes joy in telling stories about the New England spring floods. northeast, ice storms, etc.

Anaridis Rodriguez and Rob Morrison are the notable former employees of WWLP-TV22.

From 2010 to 2012, Spear honed her tropical forecasting skills at WTVJ in Miami. At the time, she and her WTVJ friends of hers also earned two academic nominations for their annual hurricane specials.
