Sherri M. Saum is an American actress, best known for her portrayal of Lena Adams Foster in the Freedom drama series, The Fosters from 2013 to 2018. She is also popular for her television roles in Beggars and Choosers , Rescue Me and In Treatment , as well as for her roles in the daytime soap operas S messy beach and Una vida para vivir .

Early life and education of Sherri Saum

Sherri Shaum was born on October 1, 1974 in Dayton, Ohio, United States to a German mother and an African-American father.

Sherri attended Oakview Elementary School in Kettering, Ohio and later attended Kettering Fairmont High School. While in high school, she was discovered as a model and thus got her start at a Model Search America convention.
