Seema Rahat (born 1969) is an Indian freelancer based in Indore (Madhya Pradesh, India). She is the second wife of the well known personality Rahat Indori who was a poet, painter, Urdu teacher and lyricist.
In the time of 40-45 years, he breathed a new life into the Urdu language with his composed poems. Invited by the SAB TV channel, he attended the Wah! Wow! Kya Baat Hai! Show. He remembered the legacy that he left behind and his contribution to the improvement of Urdu literature.

Rahat Indori passed away on 11th August 2020, she left behind her legacy of Urdu poems forever.
