Sean McVay was born on January 24, 1986 to parents Tim and Cindy McVay in Dayton, Ohio, United States of America. In his prime, Sean’s father played college football at Indiana University as a defenseman. His grandfather, John McVay, was the former San Francisco 49ers general manager who helped the team win five Super Bowl seasons. As a child, Sean and his family lived in Ohio until he was six years old.
