Sean Flynn

Born Sean Rio Amir in Los Angeles, California, on July 14, 1989, Sean Flynn is the grandson of the legendary Errol Flynn ., although he never got to know him, since he was born 30 years after his death. Indeed, Sean’s mother, Rory, was Errol’s daughter in his second marriage, to Nora Eddington. She worked as a photographer, while his father, Gideon Amir, produced movies for television. As can be seen, one does not have to go back to grandfather Errol to verify that Sean has drunk from the audiovisual since his earliest childhood, in the family home. In addition, Sean had the opportunity to see the world with his traveling family: for ten years, due to his work as a producer, his father moved Sean across land and sea, to Prague, London, Vilnius, Paris, Tel-Aviv… .and even took him to Spain, to Ibiza no less.

This dark-haired, curly-haired young man owes his popularity mainly to television, and more specifically to the Nickleodeon teen series Zoey 101 , in which he appeared for four seasons. Her charming Chase, the shy boy who falls in love with Zoey ( Jamie Lynn Spears , Britney Spears’ little sister ), the first girl in a boarding school that until then had been all-male, has stolen more than one heart among her admirers.

But the truth is that Zoey 101 is not Sean’s first acting job. He had previously had small appearances in films like The Unforgettable Simon Birch and This Is Not a Heist . To work on his acting talent, he was active in The Improv, a comedy club in Los Angeles, where he learned to goof off onstage. And his first job on camera would be a commercial.

A born athlete, it would seem that he has inherited his passion for physical exercise from his grandfather, since the boy loves the board in all its forms, be it skateboarding or snowboarding, and he also practices swimming and tennis. Among his talents is playing the piano and the guitar, and although he likes acting, he doesn’t want to focus only on it. It was said that he had made plans to study engineering at the university. Something that is within his reach, since he has known how to reconcile his school studies well with the filming of Zoey 101 , which he undertook during the summer.

However, in recent times, what seems to be going for him is the song, since he has recorded several songs such as “The Years” and “Think About It”, which he sells through iTunes. He assures that in this he is only following in the footsteps of his grandfather, in the sense that he did what he wanted, and he intends to do exactly the same. Time will tell where the young Flynn’s talent is decanted.
