Scott Bakula’s secret to fitness is in the run. In his youth he started running because he played football. He loves to run in the heat when the humidity is 90 or 100 degrees. Scott tries to run at least 45 minutes 3-4 times a week depending on what he’s training to do. While running on Sundays, he runs 6-10 miles. In addition to running, he works on weights and stair climbers. He has a trainer, Mark Harigian, who helps him get the best result. Scott also trains for marathons and has competed in a few.
