Scarlett decided to change her lifestyle and make exercise a regular part of her routine after the doctor told her her BMI was in a danger zone. She was also pre-diabetic. By adopting a healthy lifestyle and exercising regularly, she managed to lose 3 and 4 pounds of fat.

She went to the gym regularly and had hired personal trainer Lee Constantinou. Her workouts focused heavily on cardio work and high-intensity weightlifting. In fact, she did 7 different high-intensity workouts. These exercises lasted 5 to 7 minutes. And she repeated them for about an hour. In the final stages of her weight loss journey, she used HIIT three times a week.

As she knew when she was slicing up her favorite food, since she can’t get far, she’s decided to limit her portions. For example, she traded the king-size Snickers bar for a small one. She also allowed herself to eat her favorite donor meat once or twice a week. Plus, she made sure to chug water all day. Overall, she focused on eating lots of protein foods, like chicken and tuna, and included green vegetables in her meals as a side dish.
