Sarah Gadon was born on April 4, 1987, in Toronto, Ontario. She is of English and Italian ancestry and he is born to a psychologist father, a teacher mother, and has an older brother named James. Sarah Gadon was a Junior Associate at The National Ballet School of Canada and a student at the Claude Watson School for the Performing Arts training and performing as a dancer. Afterwards, she graduated in 2005 from Vaughan Road Academy as an Ontario Scholar. Also, she finished at the University of Toronto’s Cinema Studies Institute at Innis College in 2014.

Sarah Gadon started acting when she was 11 and had her first role as Julia in an episode of La Femme Nikita (1998). And for the next few years afterwards, she took episodic roles in several tv series. Some of these series are Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Twice in a Lifetime, Mutant X, and Dark Oracle, to mention but a few.
