Sai Aletaha was a British-Iranian MMA artist, kick-boxer and engineer. She had also fought in the Fast and Furious Fight Series (FFS). Additionally, the fighter had worked as a product design engineer at a company called Stannah Starlifts.

She was born in 1991 as Saeideh Aletaha from Iran. She did not provide any information about her parents or her early years. However, she revealed information when she moved to Britain. She has dual Iranian and British nationality.

Regarding her background, she studied Industrial Design and Technology at Loughborough University. She was an amateur mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter.
