Saber Rebaï (صابر الرباعي), born March 13, 1967, is a Tunisian singer and songwriter. He is from the city of Sfax. He was introduced to the oud at the age of 10 and chanted the Koran. Winner of a competition for young talents in 1985, he performed for the first time at  the Carthage International Festival . From the 1990s, he was in demand throughout the Middle East and various composers and lyricists wanted to work with him. Like many Arab artists, he perfected his art in Cairo and then in Lebanon, where strong media coverage contributed to building his notoriety. He tours all over the world and performs in venues such as the Olympia in Paris and the Cairo Opera. He also stood out for his services and advice during appearances at the Star Academy Middle East , and joins the jury of  The Voice Ahla Sawt  with  Sherine Abdel Wahhab ,  Kadhem Saher  and  Assi Al Hillani .

• As part of the cultural program of the Tunis Arab Summit 2019, a large musical evening broadcast on all Arab television channels was organized on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Opera Theater of the Cité de la culture. Hosted by the famous Tunisian singer Saber Rebai whose notoriety has reached all the Arab countries and with the participation of the singer Sofia Sadok , this evening was an opportunity to demonstrate the solidity of the relations between the Arab peoples linked by the community of destiny and a cultural heritage laden with symbols bearing witness to an indisputable civilizational influence.
