Ryan Tedder loves to run and it helps him stay fit. In an interview with GQ magazine, he revealed that he’s been running since the late 1990s (more than two decades) and rarely misses it. However, he is not a fan of endurance racing and has never run more than 10 km.

If he’s out and about or it’s snowing outside, he’s happy to do an Insanity Fit Test. Only bodyweight exercises are performed in this workout. It follows the max interval training method, which dictates that the rest between training intervals be minimal, about 30 seconds for a three-minute exercise. These sessions include running, yoga, and stretching apart from bodyweight exercises.
