Ryan Dunn was well known to fans of the hooligan Jackass show , and its film installments. The specialist died on June 20, 2011 at the age of 34, in a tragic car accident in Pennsylvania. The vehicle in which he was traveling left the road and caught fire, killing him and the passenger who accompanied him, identified as Zachary Hartwell. “I’ve lost a brother,” says Johnny Knoxville, the main cast of Jackass .

Born June 11, 1977, in Medina, Ohio, Ryan Matthew Dunn aspired to be an actor, debuting in an episodic role in Invader , a B-movie alien invasion film starring Ryan Philippe.

He began to gain some popularity with the video Landspeed: CKY , in which he appeared doing stunts on a skateboard with his good friend Bam Margera . Both were signed to be part of the cast of Jackass , an MTV program well known for its ‘rude’ style in which different stuntmen perform stunts or practical jokes. Dunn also participated in Jackass: The Movie , where in one of the most celebrated sketches by fans, he even inserted a toy car up his rectum.

Dunn has also appeared in the series Law & Order: SVU , the comedy Blonde Bombshell with Jessica Simpson , and the yet-to-be-released spin-off Welcome to the Bates Motel .
