To achieve this goal, most exercises are performed at a slow pace, which tires the large muscles and causes the stabilizing muscles to work harder.
During the NFL season, he completes fitness training sessions 4 days a week. These training sessions are divided into 2 speed days and 2 strength days. On Speed Days, he performs various Olympic weightlifting exercises to develop strength.
On strength days, he does big lifts to build muscle strength and corrective exercises to prevent injuries. Particular attention is also paid to the upper body muscles.
When it comes to dieting, he eats five to six meals a day with an emphasis on lean protein sources like fish and chicken. His game day lunch includes a full plate of pasta and chicken, spaghetti and lots of salad.
