Sprawling over nearly two acres of land, the property is expertly landscaped for complete privacy and features three shed-roofed steel structures coated in dark gray enamel. In total, there are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in approximately 4,600 square feet.
Occupied by Rifkin and his wife, Iva, now living in a nursing home in Manhattan, where they own an apartment in a distinguished pre-war building near Lincoln Square, the 2,500 square foot main residence comprises two parallel volumes separated by a trimmed mahogany. courtyard and joined by a slender gallery.
