Robert Redford is an American actor, director, producer and businessman who has been a respected actor and true Hollywood icon for many decades. He is known for starring in some of the best classic films in history. His pursuits have always been in the arts and he has also found success behind the camera as a director. Robert attended Van Nuys High School , alongside baseball pitcher Don Drysdale, and graduated in 1954. He later attended the University of Colorado Boulder but was not expelled until a year and a half later because of his alcohol addiction. He also lost his college baseball scholarship as a result.
