Personal trainer
Robert’s towering height greatly helps him maintain body-to-body contact with his opponents. However, its size is aided by its strength, which is pretty decent. The Germany international isn’t considered a hard worker but he still puts in time in the gym. We don’t know the structure of his workout routines, but as always we want to share some videos that can help you create your own workouts based on the exercises included in each one.
