Renate Blauel (born 1 March 1953) is a German-born British recording engineer and former celebrity associate of Berlin. She is best known as the second wife of Elton John, a popular English singer.

He also works as a pianist, singer-songwriter and composer in his successful career. Additionally, John is highly regarded as one of the world’s best-selling music artists. His fifty-plus songs charted top positions on the US Billboard Hot 100, as well as top 40 hits on the UK Singles Chart.
