Rekha Rai (born 1969 – died 2013) was an Indian citizen from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. She is the first wife of Muthappa Rai (social activist, businessman, and Underworld Don).

Furthermore, she was found dead in Singapore hospital in 2013. Information about her cause of death is not available from online sources.
