Reena Paswan (born 1963) is the former flight attendant for Indian Airlines (now Air India) and popularly recognized as the wife of Ram Vilas Paswan (ex-Cabinet Minister).
He was an Indian politician from Bihar. Paswan even served as the Cabinet Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution in the Modi Ministry. He was also a former Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Chairman, a nine-time Lok Sabha member and a Rajya Sabha MP.
On October 8, 2020, Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan passed away. One day after he underwent heart surgery at Delhi’s Fortis hospital. His age was 74 years.
His son Chirag Paswan, who is head of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) announced his death on Twitter with an emotional note.
In the message he wrote that his father died and he knows that he will always be with him. Chirag also shared the old photo with her father.
According to the sources, now his wife Reena will fight the upcoming elections from Hajipur. She will fight on behalf of her late husband, who was left vacant after the unfortunate death of Ramvilas.
