- The daughter of a veteran theater director, Sir Peter Hall, Rebecca has been active in theater since childhood. For her stage debut in 2003, she won the prestigious Ian Charleson Award Ms. Warren’s Profession . Her second Charleson nomination was again for her performance in her father’s production of William Shakespeare’s A s You Like It in 2003.
- During the audition for The City (2010), her agent paid for her flight fares because Hall had no money.
- As a child, she loved ghost stories.
- By the time she was 11, Rebecca had already grown to 5 feet 10 inches.
