1. DMX fathered 15 children from many different relationships. More than half of those children were the result of his extramarital affairs, most of which he disliked.
2. In February 2016, he was found in a lifeless state in a parking lot after suffering an asthma attack. His heart had stopped for about 4 minutes, resulting in an out-of-body experience.
3. In July 2013, he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to avoid paying Monique Wayne $1.5 million. The Manhattan bankruptcy court vacated his filing.
