- He had never had formal dance training. Raghav learned his way of dancing by watching others from TV and the internet.
- His signature step – Slow Motion Walk.
- To make it into the top 13 in Dance India Dance (DID), he practiced dancing from 7pm to 5am.
- As a child he danced all the time. He never hesitated to dance in the presence of his family members, with the exception of his father.
- He enjoys spending time with street kids and teaching them dance moves. He also tested them to check if they practiced that dance step the next day. When someone passes or succeeds in this step, they have given gifts in the form of chocolate, clothing, etc.
- As a dancer he has won awards since his days at Doon International School.
- Dance India Dance judges Remo D’Souza, Terrence Lewis and Geeta Kapoor also agree his signature move is the best and nobody does this slow motion better than Raghav.
- He went on TV with a dance group called D-maniax. He later began a solo career.
- He wasn’t originally selected in Dance India’s dance rehearsals during Season 3 in the Top 18. Terence Lewis also apologized for this. Later, by public request, Raghav was allowed to enter the show via a wild card round.
- He was also offered the film ABCD: Any Body Can Dance directed by Remo D’Souza. But Juyal had to choose between his ongoing show DID or the movie. And Raghav went with DID.
- In 2012 he choreographed in the show Dance Ke Superkids. Under his leadership, his team won.
