RAFA ALMARCHA: HIS AGE, HIS PARTNER AND BIOGRAPHY OF THE LEADER OF SIEMPRE ASÍ
Born in 1968 in Seville, it has become a prestigious producer for a multitude of artists and groups of all kinds of styles. His first contact with music was when he was just a child, when he became part of the Choir of the Rocío Brotherhood, where he would end up composing some songs.
In 1994 he founded his own record company, being one of the first to control the musical part and the management of the artists’ concerts, something that is now common but that was not carried out in the industry at that time.
Although he has an interesting career as a solo singer, Rafa Almarcha has gone down in history for being the leader of the Siempre Así group, one of the most famous sevillanas in the world. His best-known song was ‘If men have reached the moon…’, which launched them to stardom and elevated him as a composer.
Parallel to his career with his group, Rafa Almarcha continues to succeed as a music producer for well-known artists such as José Manuel Soto, Arturo Pareja-Obregón; Gemeliers, Alejandro Vega or Falete among others.
On television he has also worked as a music producer for Jesús Quintero and many of the songs and parodies of Los Morancos, with whom he maintains a great friendship. With César Cadaval he came to participate in a well-known chirigota of the Cádiz carnival.
He is also a producer and one of the creators of the mythical hymn for the centenary of Sevilla FC that was popularized by El Arrebato and which has become a song known throughout Spain.

Rafa Almarcha is married to the painter Ana S. Valderrábanos, with whom he has formed a large family with their three children: Rafa, María and Sol.
