PV Sindhu trains 6 days a week for 6-7 hours a day. Her training session is held every month and focuses on the back, abs, knees and shoulders. Her fitness plan is prescribed by her physical therapist, Kiran Challagundla, who frequently assesses her blood composition, body weight, heart rate, physical strength and endurance. Kiran monitors their fitness results and makes changes accordingly. He is also responsible for prescribing her supplements when needed. She also practices yoga, pranayama, kapalabhati and swimming. Your workout can be divided into 4 sessions –
