Since 2009, Princess Beatrice has been working with Nadya Fairweather, fitness company U-Shape, to keep weight off her body. Since Beatrice didn’t like working out in the gym, Nadya let her work out outdoors. Nadya helped her prepare for the trekking expedition to Mont Blanc.

Later, when Nadya was busy, Beatrice started working with her only once a week. The workout lasts about an hour and begins with lower-body exercises (like squats and lunges) with an emphasis on large muscles like quads and hamstrings. The lower body work is followed by 20 minutes of boxing and sparring.

After that, Nadya makes her take an attitudework, which has pilates and yoga exercises. She finishes the workout with core work and does planks every day. Post workout, they supported stretching exercises while Nadya tries to relax her muscles after an intense workout.
