He lavished himself on the Broadway stage, appearing in the series “Tangle” and in numerous feature films. Peggy Pope she passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 91, at her residence in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Born in Montclair, New Jersey, on May 15, 1929, Florence Pope (her full name) graduated from Smith College, New York, in drama in 1951. She made her Broadway debut in “Moonbirds,” followed by a production of ” The tattooed rose.

She is especially remembered for the drunken secretary she played in  How to Kill Your Boss ,, alongside Jane Fonda ,  Lily Tomlin ,  Dolly Parto . She also appeared in titles like The Substitute ,  Dangerous Bites , and  All Night Long . She also triumphed as a secondary in the popular series Enredo, where she gave life to Mrs. David, who after meeting the character of Billy Cristal, told her daughter that she was the first homosexual she had spoken to. Details of the private life of Peggy Pope are unknown .
