It wasn’t until her early 40s that the supermodel started taking her fitness seriously. Initially, physical exercises proved useful to help her with panic attacks and to stop taking antidepressants. Gradually she began to enjoy the health benefits and positive changes in her body.
Her exercise routine includes various exercisesFitness exercises 5 to 6 days a week. Paulina alternates between Pilates, kickboxing, karate, rowing, yoga and spinning to avoid being in a workout rut. She also enjoys various forms of dance such as zumba, Bollywood dancing, belly dancing and strip dancing and finds it a great way to get in shape.
Thankfully, Paulina doesn’t have to take extreme steps in the name of diet. Some rules she keeps are eating everything in moderation and throwing out diet foods together. She also shared a simple trick to avoid overeating during mealtimes, which is to eat salads and veggies first, leaving limited space for other high-calorie foods.
Also, Paulina has stayed away from treatments like botox and fillers done on her face.
