Paula Fortunato (born May 15, 1962) is an American schoolteacher living in Toms River, New Jersey, United States. She taught third grade children at the Upper Side School in the Manhattan region.
She is the ex-wife of Sumner Redstone (Media Personality and Businessman). Furthermore, she married him in 2002 and later separated from her in 2009. Sumner used her creativity, skills and planning to create the massive media empires Viacom and CBS.
He had a strong hold on the National Amusement Theater Chains which controlled his two profitable companies, CBS and Viacom. The media mogul died on August 11, 2020 at his Los Angeles home.
At the time of his death, he was 97 years old. On August 12, 2020, the National Amusements team released the statement confirming Paula’s death. Still, the cause behind the billionaire businessman’s death has not been revealed in public.
