Troian Bellisario (2009; from 2010 to present) – Patrick’s parents’ divorce made him rather wary of committed relationships until he met Troian when he was cast opposite her in the play. Ambiguity (2009). Unable to keep up with each other’s busy schedules, the couple soon broke up. However, Patrick booked a guest appearance in Season 1 of Pretty Little Liars Troian back in 2010 to win. Despite rumored troubles in their relationship, the couple finally wed on December 10, 2016 in Santa Barbara, California with a bohemian, rustic-chic themed ceremony. On October 8, 2018, Troian announced that they had welcomed a baby girl into their family.

Whenever Patrick’s routine doesn’t include a typical 14-hour day, he’s exercising at home with his 7 kettlebells of varying weights.

Patrick J. Adams Facts

1. His parents divorced when he was 16, which influenced his decision to move to Los Angeles two years later and enroll at the University of Southern California.
2. As an adult, he was a huge Michael J. Fox fan, which eventually made him realize that he wanted to pursue acting as well.
3. While in college, Patrick joined the student theater group on campus and found his comfort zone.
4. Patrick attends the Ojai Playwrights Conference annually to participate in new work from established or emerging playwrights.
