Pastor Forced To Marry Dead Fiancee After She Died During Forced Abortion

Rev Dr. Sucess Emeka Sunday, of the Life Transformation Praying Ministry, in Akwakuma, Owerri has been forced to marry the corpse of his late fiancée  Chioma Okoye who he reportedly killed after operating an abortion on her.

The couple was said to have dated for 5 years and had begun their wedding plans but along the line, Chioma got pregnant and told her Fiancee, who vehemently refused the pregnancy on the ground that he is a pastor and his church frowns upon pregnancy before marriage and it would damage his reputation. A Report has it that he has asked her to abort it and she declined.

The Pastor reportedly called his late fiancee to come over so they can conclude the wedding plans, on getting there he served her a drink laced with a substance and she became unconscious, he took her to an unidentified hospital where the doctor told him that he can’t conduct abortion on her but Pastor Emeka insisted, in the process of doing the abortion she began to vomit blood from her mouth, she was still unconscious, when the doctor noticed her case was getting worse he advised him to take her to another hospital.

He took her to another hospital named FMC and registered her with another name altogether and began to call her family that she was ill, Chioma died not long when her family arrived at the scene.

Her family decided to conduct an Autopsy and discovered her drink was laced and there was attempted abortion on her. He was called and queried where he confessed that he had a hand in her death noting that he laced her drink with a substance that will make her unconscious. He was arrested but released on the grounds that he will marry her corpse. He did the necessary rite and she was buried in Umuahia.
