Oliver began his career in 1985 at WALB in Albany, Georgia. After that the next year, he moved to Huntsville in Alabama to WAAY-TV. From there, he moved back to Buffalo in New York at WIVB-TV in 1998.
After that, two years later, Oliver moves to Tampa, Florida in 1990. In 1991, she began her career as a sportscaster. She again from there she moved to Houston to KHOU-TV. In Houston, she continues her career as a sports presenter
Oliver joined the sports television network called ESPN in 1993. Oliver joined fox sports (which is a renowned sports channel) in 1995 where she currently works as a sideline reporter with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. Also, she joined TNT in 2005 for the same position covering the NBA playoffs.
