Oliver Peck is an American tattoo artist, recognized as a co-owner of Texas-based Elm Street Tattoo, and also the owner of Los Angeles-based True Tattoo, and also an Ink Master judge. Starting his career at the age of 17, Peck has been known for his traditional tattoo style over the years. He is one of the judges on the popular reality competition series ‘Ink Master’.
He has been married to Kat Von D from 2003 to 2007. They have a daughter.

Oliver Peck was born in Texas, USA, on July 29, 1971 , to his mother Diane Lucas. Peck was very interested in drawing and art from the very beginning. He is of white ethnic origin and has US citizenship.
He was once a skateboarder, during his teenage years and attended South West High School near his home. He used to pick the classes he liked at his school.
Peck was hated by his school’s soccer team as all the girls were impressed by his amazing skating skills. He was struck by the flaws of adolescence when he got into drugs and gradually became addicted.
One time, Peck broke a pen, spilled some ink, and stabbed himself in the leg over a thousand times, then it all started. As he began his passion for tattoos when he was 17 years old.
He was also locked up in jail once during his school time for using drugs, and when he got out of jail he realized that he was doing wrong so he started working in a conveyor factory.
Oliver Peck’s career
Although Peck started tattooing when he was 17 years old, his professional career began when he met a tattoo artist named Stell, who saw something special in his art.
Later, she moved to Dallas with Stell and began working at Stell’s tattoo shop called Pair-O-Dice tattoo. Stell trained him in a professional way that has made him so successful today.
“He’s one of the best guys I’ve ever worked with,” says Stell.
Later, in June 2008, Peck got 415 tattoos in twenty-four hours, breaking the Guinness World Record of 400, set by his ex-wife Kat Von D.
