Nizar Chaari (in Arabic: نزار الشعري) is a Tunisian producer and radio and television host , he was born on June 11, 1977 in Sfax.
He started his media career in 1993 with Radio Sfax where he spent 10 years.
In 1997-1998, he began his career as a co-producer with programs such as Zifef El Athir, Marafi El Ahad, Founou, Chamarikh, Interviews with Carthage Cinema Journals.
In 2000, he was the producer of programs on the 7/7 channel as well as theatrical scenes.
Between 2003 and 2004, he performed programs for Tunisia’s first private radio station Mosaique FM and became the station’s first programming director.
He worked with Canal 21, Tunisie 7, and in 2013 with Ettounsiya TV where he hosted the show Klem Ennass.
In 2008, he created his production company D-Light Entertainment.

Little known facts:

• Nizar has a career in the press too, in 2003 he started writing a weekly column in the daily Le Renouveau under the title Stars News and in 2009 he bought the magazine Tunivisions and became its managing director.
• He married in 2007 to Dora Miled the daughter of Aziz Miled one of the richest men in Tunisia, and he is the father of a daughter Soulayma.
• In 2005, he won the prize for best animator in Tunisia, and received the insignia of the National Order of Merit for the cultural sector in 2008.
• Nizar officially launches into politics with the Carthage Al Jadida movement, aiming for the 2019 legislative elections.
