1. During her childhood she played football for a number of local teams. At various points she had attended a court hearing for Wales national football team and local giants Cardiff City .
2. She was on course to be selected for Wales Under-16s but suffered a knee injury at the age of 13 that dealt a blow to her hunger for football.
3. At the age of 16 she decided to quit soccer. Additionally, she decided to take a break from all sports to fully recover from her knee injury. In addition to soccer, she also played rugby and netball.
4. After retiring from football, she found a wrestling school in Port Talbot. So she began her wrestling training under the watchful eye of “Wild Boar” Mike Hitchman and Dave Stewart.
