Nitin Jayantilal Sandesara (born 24 January 1962) is an Indian businessman, entrepreneur and bank fraudster from Vadodara, Gujarat, India. He is the owner, chairman and director of Biotechnology Law Limited, a pharmaceutical preparations manufacturing company.
This company is mainly engaged in manufacturing gelatin (gelling agent), exporting chemicals and other drugs to foreign countries. The United States of America is the main importer of gelatin from Sterling Biotech Ltd.
Your company has taken a loan of Rs. 5000 crore Indian Rupees from the group of banks led by Andhra Bank. But, due to various frauds and corrupt actions, this huge money turned into non-performing assets. For this reason, the Control Department has filed an FIR to stop this money laundering.
