When interviewed for the workout plan and how she keeps fit, Nina revealed that she works out for half an hour, which is actually an intense form of cardio followed by weight lifting. She also enjoys going to the gym three or four days a week. As a model, she needs firm legs. Walking is the best means to get that. And most models, including Agdal, do the same. She also tries to walk as much as possible in her daily life. For example, she tries to walk the stairs instead of lifting if it’s only a short distance.

She always carries a workout DVD with her, which comes in handy when she’s touring for fashion weeks or photo shoots. With the help of these exercise videos (from DVD), Nina performs some movements only in her hotel room. This helps her maintain fitness levels on tour.

Also, she eats five small meals a day to keep the food metabolism up. Like all of us, she lets herself be pampered. But she can control herself. She has a lot of control over herself. Instead of consuming large burgers, sandwiches, or other junk food, she only takes a portion of them to satiate her cravings. Nuts, Luna bars or some fruit are always in her bag.
