A bittered Nigerian lady has revealed health centres in Ikate, Lagos that are selling COVID-19 vaccine to privileged Nigerians on Twitter.

However, this came a few days after a lady also observed that the vaccines were been sold to people at the health centre. many Nigerians attacked her and shut down her claims online.

The lady identified as Uloma on Twitter, shared her experience after she visited the health centre and found out that the COVID-19 vaccines provided by the Federal Government were been sold to people.

Moreso, Uloma proposed that those who dragged the other lady earlier should apologise to her because she witnessed the incident too.

“I think the people who dragged that lady for saying that Nigerian health centres are selling the vaccines owe her a huge apology. I’m presently at a health centre in Ikate & people are coming in with their SUVs & having the vaccines sold to them before our very eyes. I AM PISSED!”

“There is a 96-year-old man here at Ikate Health Centre who’s been here since 8 am and even tho they said they’re prioritising essential workers and elderly people, this man is yet to get vaccinated. Meanwhile, an ambulance drove out with vaccines and is now at the Oba’s palace.”

Reply to this claim, a user tweeted that: “Nigeria conditions you to internalise pessimism over everything but even though you expect nothing but the worst, you’re still surprised when they happen. It’s like knowing there’s too much depth to how low they can go but every new level is honestly stupefying.”

In addition, another user said: “An average Nigerian is a potential thief when the opportunity arises they will take it.”
