Popular Nigerian Singer and performer, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema has warned his fans against starting an agenda that has to do with bringing other artists down.
The popular singer gave the warning in a series of tweets on his Twitter profile, he noted that his fans are allowed to have his back in any ploy curated to put dirt on his name and his hard work but should never start an agenda against other performing artistes because it’s disrespectful.
In a follow-up tweet, the singer noted that he does not want any unnecessary social media drama, stating that he just wants to play his part in history, make some money and take care of his family.
His words: Ravers, I’ll love to address something real quick yeah, pls guys NEVER start an agenda that has to do with bringing my Brothers or the OG’s down, you’re allowed to have my back in any ploy curated to put dirt on my name & my hardwork but NEVER start an agenda, it’s disrespectful.
I just want to play my part in history, stack up & take care of my family bro, i don’t want any of this unnecessary social media drama. We’re winning and that’s enough for us okay? If some people are insecure about it let them choke on it, who God has blessed no man can curse.
He ended the rant, by appreciating old Nigerian singers for inspiring him, noting that his love and respect remains always unshaken.
