Neva Patterson didn’t become a big movie star, but she did have a prolific career as a supporting actress. Fans of the Seventh Art will remember her for her role as Cary Grant’s girlfriend in the legendary You and I.

Actress Neva Patterson died on December 14, 2010 at her Los Angeles home from complications following a fractured hip. She was 90 years old.
