1. He revealed his family to be descendants of King Prithviraj Chauhan of Rajput Chauhan Dynasty. While his great-grandfather served as the supreme commander of Mewar in the late 19th century, his father was a veteran of the Indo-Pakistani War that took place in 1971.
2. He is not only an actor, but also a trained dancer. He masters jazz, hip hop, break, folk, salsa and contemporary dance.
3. He is also a trained ballroom dancer, having learned under the tutelage of Bollywood choreographer Sandip Soparrkar, who is also considered India’s leading social trainer.
4. In June 2011 he represented Maharashtra in the All India Dance Sport Federation where he placed 2nd in the Latin Ballroom category and won Gold in the Standard Ballroom category.
