1. Yousef Harb (2000-2003) – In 2000, Najwa gave her fans and family a big surprise by marrying a businessman, Yousef Harb, who was based in Canada and known for organizing music events for Arabic singers in North America. In October 2002, it was reported that their marriage was rocking. However, she released a terse statement claiming their marriage was going well and asking the media to stay away from their marriage. Her brothers Tony and Nicolas, who also worked as her representatives, released a public statement in April 2003 revealing that Najwa and Yousef had split. They were divorced the same year.

2. In February 2015 during her appearance on the talk show Al Hukum , she revealed that she was in a relationship. However, she refused to reveal the identity of her lover. In her appearance on the TV show Human Group, she revealed that she would be getting married soon. However, her boyfriend is not known to be the same one she spoke about in February 2015. She also revealed that her boyfriend was Lebanese and also followed her religion.

Najwa isn’t a fan of a strict diet. She tries to stay away from unhealthy and fatty foods. However, that doesn’t mean she’s given up on her favorite foods. She’s just making sure she’s eating smaller portions. She tries very hard to keep a balance in her diet.

1. After graduating from high school, she taught geography and Arabic at Eastern College in Zahlé for 2 years.
2. In 1985 she decided to take part in the television competition, Layali Lubnan (Lebanese Nights) . Her father wasn’t happy with her choice, but when she won the competition, her father gave his approval for her to pursue a career as a singer.
3. After the Israel-Lebanon conflict of 2006, she performed in various countries and donated proceeds from the shows to the Lebanese Red Cross . She has donated 3 fully equipped ambulances to the Lebanese Red Cross .
4. During her childhood she was a member of the local church choir.
5. In 2017, the Forbes, Middle East placed her at 5th place in the list of top 100 Arab celebrities. The publication attested to her strong presence on social media.
