Najla Ben Abdallah began her career in front of the cameras with television commercials, in 2009 she tried her first chance in a Ramadan soap opera entitled Donia alongside Nadia Boussetta . Her first film role was that of Lilly in “  Fausse note ”.

Apart from her acting career, Najla Ben Abdallah is worked as a flight attendant for the airline Tunisair. In August 2012, Najla presented the cover of the people magazine Tunivisions , then that of the Tunisian magazine E-jeune in November. In July 2015, she featured on the cover of digital magazine A Mag .

In 2020, she won the prize for best actress at the Malmö Arab Film Festival, for her role in the film Un fils by Mehdi Barsaoui. She is also selected by the Académie des César in the category of best female hope for her role in this same film.
