Mouna Noureddine , whose real name is Saadia Oueslati , is a Tunisian actress who was born on January 23, 1939 in Tunis.

His name Mouna Noureddine was proposed by Mohamed “Hedi Mernissi” who is a theater man from Bizerte.

She studied at the primary school for Muslim girls in Hammam Lif.

From 1952, she joined the school of teachers in Tunis for 2 years.

In 1954, she worked in the municipal Arab theater troupe and later she was recruited by the troupe of the municipality of Tunis.

In 1957, she passed the recruitment competition for full-time actors for the troupe of the city of Tunis.
